Christophe BAUDRY and Jean-Martin DUTOUR are writing a new chapter in their story by establishing themselves in the heart of Touraine. Their exploration leads them to the Val de Cher where they (re)discover the cultivation of Côt, the local name for a red grape variety better known as “Malbec”. In the climate of the Loire, this grape variety expresses its violet and blackcurrant aromas with freshness, rounded out by blending with Cabernet Franc.
Expressive nose of violet and blackcurrant. The fruit and flower aromas unfold on the palate after a smooth and rounded attack. A juicy and drinkable wine.
Perfect for enjoying with a charcuterie board as aperitif, it will also pair well with a sausage rougail, duck breast with red fruits, tuna steak, or a sweet and savory salad.
