Sauvignon is one of the oldest French grape varieties. Undoubtly cosmopolitan, La Chapinière’s Sauvignon charms with its roundness and aromas of white peach and citrus.
Very expressive nose, typical of Sauvignon blanc, with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, green apple, and peach, along with some floral notes. Well-balanced on the palate.
This cuvée enjoys traveling complementing dishes that offer exotic notes: ceviche, lemongrass scallops, ginger and coconut milk shrimp, sushi... but it will also greatly complement Touraine goat cheeses and Loire fish
