EXPERIENCE RANGE

The vineyard of La Chapinière is rooted in the Val de Cher, valley of the Kings and the Loire Castles. Chenonceaux, one of the notable designations of the AOC Touraine, comes in white and red. The wines, like the eponymous Château, evoke harmony between Nature influenced by the Cher and a culture shaped by centuries of history and unique architecture.

Our Touraine Chenonceaux vines thrive on the slopes along the river banks, cultivated according to organic farming principles, to produce this high quality Sauvignon Blanc.

VINTAGE

After a mild and wet winter, the vine budburst was among the earliest. With a sunny spring, frosts spared the vineyard, which continued its early development. The summer drought concentrated the grapes, producing small but healthy and rich bunches.
